Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any eligible item. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@yamamart.com with subject: "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
  2. Include clear photos of the item(s) showing their current condition
  3. We will review and respond within 2 business days
  4. Once approved, return the item(s) within 7 days of approval confirmation

Refund Methods

Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash refund upon item collection, or store credit note valid for 6 months.

InstaPay Orders

Refund to your InstaPay account within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer
  • Custom or personalised print jobs (see Print Services Policy below)
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items marked as final sale
  • Items returned after the 14-day window without prior approval

Orders over 999 EGP

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays (Sunday–Thursday) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or Egyptian public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Process

  • Our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp before arriving
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address
  • If a delivery attempt fails, we will try once more before returning the order
  • Re-delivery fees may apply on returned orders

Delivery Fees

Standard delivery fees apply to orders under 999 EGP and are shown at checkout based on your governorate. Oversized or heavy items may incur additional charges, confirmed before dispatch.

Print Services Policy

⚠️ Custom print jobs are non-refundable once production has begun.

No-Return Policy on Print Jobs

Due to the custom nature of print services (documents, posters, banners, binding, laminating), we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once your job has entered production.

File Preparation

  • Accepted formats: PDF (preferred), DOCX, JPEG, PNG, AI, EPS
  • Minimum resolution: 150 DPI for documents, 300 DPI for posters and banners
  • Colour mode: CMYK preferred for full-colour jobs
  • If your file has issues, we will contact you via WhatsApp before printing

Order Approval & Cancellation

  • For orders over 500 EGP, we confirm job details via WhatsApp before commencing production
  • Cancellations are accepted at no charge before production begins
  • Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted and no refund is issued
  • Walk-in print orders submitted before 12:00 PM are typically ready the same day

Privacy Policy

YamaMart® is committed to protecting your personal data.

Information We Collect

  • Account information: Name, email address, phone number
  • Delivery information: Delivery address and governorate
  • Order history: Products ordered, order dates, order values
  • Payment method: We do NOT store card numbers or banking details
  • Website usage: Pages visited, products viewed

Data Retention

We retain active customer data for 3 years from the date of your last order. Order records may be kept for up to 7 years for tax purposes as required by Egyptian law.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with delivery partners and Odoo S.A.

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing yamamart.odoo.com or placing an order with YamaMart®, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), inclusive of applicable taxes. YamaMart® accepts Cash on Delivery and InstaPay only.

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order free of charge before dispatch. Contact us via WhatsApp on 01126148987 or email info@yamamart.com immediately.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of YamaMart® or its brand partners. The YamaMart® and Seba® names and logos are registered trademarks.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
